We will manage with the hotel the booking of the rooms for which we need to know as soon as possible which days you are going to stay at the hotel, anyway you will have to pay directly to the hotel when leaving. We strongly suggest to accommodate your arrival and departure times to and from Alicante airport, respectively, to use the transportations we will arrange on thursday, 15th, about 12:30 and sunday, 18th, about 8:00am. Note that the way from the airport to the hotel takes about two hours.
The workshop will begin on thursday 15th around 16:00 and end on
saturday 17th around 19:00.
