The competences acquired by those who obtain this degree title are especially related with:

• Management and organisational skills for business and institutions, assessing the aspects linked to organisational behaviour and management of resources, all of which to be done in a safe, legal environment, provided by the professional’s knowledge in legal issues.
• Ability to solve problems showing initiative, decision-taking skills and to participate in activities including those developed by organisations in international environments, handling the general or technical regulation that need to be applied.
• Complement the education and training of future officials of the Air Forces, providing them with knowledge linked to competences defined for this collective. These will be included in several subjects whose contents may be considered complementary to both, the degree of Engineer of Industrial Organisation and that of Air Force Official.
