OBJECTIVES
To know the fundamentals on local development as a framework for prospective professional’s performance.
To transmit the importance lying in locals’ participation; the creation and development among the agents; and the capacity to manage structural change processes, in any local development process.
To apply theoretical and practical knowledge: Analysis and interpretation of socioeconomic and labour realities, social fabric enlivening, institutional framework, local and labour policies, intervention techniques, economic promotion, qualification programs and employment management.
To qualify graduates to join a local development agency and an orientation and mediation department. To supplement and systematize previous knowledge in case of professionals.

MASTER STRUCTURE
The program is structured according to students’ work during a year (60 ECTS):
